Woman Redeemed Online 12-Week Intensive

Woman Redeemed Online Therapy Group: A Healing Journey for Love Addiction

Starting on Tuesdays, January 23, 2024 at 6:00 PM ET

This therapy group is specifically designed for women seeking to address the deep-seated wounds that drive self-defeating behaviors and an unhealthy dependency on external validation. Our focus begins with acknowledging and understanding the fundamental emotional needs we are born with. We pose the question: Were our essential requirements for nurture and support adequately met during our formative years?

Our group provides a safe and nurturing space vital for fostering self-worth. Together, we will delve into the consequences of unfulfilled childhood needs and how these unmet needs influence our patterns in adult relationships.

It's a common pattern that when our emotional needs aren't satisfied during childhood, we often seek fulfillment from other relationships in adulthood. This can negatively impact our self-esteem and self-worth. Subsequently, we may learn to conceal or shield our true selves and feelings, leading to inauthenticity and, in some cases, resorting to harmful coping mechanisms to numb the pain.

Join us on this journey of understanding, healing, and reclaiming your authentic self. Your path to improved mental health and healthier relationships starts here.

Often, we find ourselves relying on others' affection to feel secure within our own skin. This dependency can cloud our perception, causing us to idealize individuals rather than recognizing them as they truly are. When these individuals fail to meet our unrealistic expectations, it can lead to feelings of anger and resentment.

The goal is to foster a more compassionate relationship with ourselves. Self-love and self-worth serve as the bedrock for emotional well-being and personal fulfillment.

In this group, you will engage in emotional work aimed at re-establishing your inherent worth, bolstered by healthy validation and support. We provide practical tools to navigate these challenges and assist in crafting a sustainable self-care plan for the future. Through our authoritative guidance and empathetic approach, we strive to empower you in your journey towards inner wholeness.

This therapeutic group is here to guide and support you in the following ways:

Overcoming Denial: We will help you confront and break through patterns of denial, empowering you to face realities that may be difficult but necessary for growth.

Recognizing Dependencies and Triggers: Our aim is to help you identify any co-existing dependencies and potential triggers for relapse, equipping you with the knowledge to prevent setbacks on your journey to recovery.

Promoting Self-Awareness: Through the use of innovative techniques, we will foster a deep sense of self-awareness and connection to your physical needs. This heightened understanding of yourself will serve as a cornerstone in your healing process.

Changing Harmful Behavior Patterns: We will work with you to devise effective strategies aimed at transforming painful and destructive behavior patterns into healthier coping mechanisms.

Encouraging Positive Change: By teaching you how to make informed and positive choices, we'll set you on a path towards positive change and personal growth.

Revitalizing Relationships: We will guide you in turning toxic relationships into healthier, more fulfilling interactions. By learning to set boundaries and communicate effectively, you can transform your relationships into sources of support and positivity.

Our group provides a supportive and empathetic environment, combining our expertise in mental health with research-backed advice and practical solutions. Together, we can navigate your journey towards better mental health and stronger relationships.

When:  Tuesdays, January 23, 2024 at 6:00 PM ET
